    This totally motivated me last month and I made my goal so I'm in again. My goal this month is to go 175 km on my elliptical. :bigsmile:

    how do you make a ticker for miles completed. I only see weight on this site.

    You can do anything that is measurable by distance.


    New here as well....

    This is totally what I need. I have a question though... do you have to run/ jog/ or walk? Or can you use a treadmill. I've recently hurt my hip and the dr says no running or jogging. I can do the treadmill though.

    Didn't make 75 last month but did get just over 55 so this month I'm aiming for 60 miles. None yet but tomorrow is another day!!!

    I went to http://www.tickerfactory.com
    You can make tickers for different things then copy the code into your signature :)

    I got 2 miles in last night at Physical Therapy. 1.5 on Treadmill and .5 on the Elliptical.

    Go to tickerfactory.com. Then click on "Exercise & Fitness Ticker." It should take about 2 minutes to create. I hope that helps!

    joined this last month, finding it a bit tough to shift weight so this month im planning on 30 miles for august!!

    8/1/11 4.59 miles between the treadmill and stationary bike
    8/2/11 5.94 miles between the treadmill / stationary bike / elliptical

    I'm in! I know it's August 2nd, but I hope that;s okay. I really wanted to join a challenge last month but it was the middle of July.
    I will set my goal at 50 miles. That's about 2 miles a day 6 days a week, so I will push myself this month, but that is exactly what I need! I am going to make my ticker now! Thanks for this challenge :):):)
