It's a great time. Any sub 30 min 5K is great.
If all my hiking pays any dividends, I expect to run 5K under 30 minutes in September0 -

7 km mountain bike ride through a trail in Whistler. Only got thrown over my handlebars once! The views at the end were worth it!0

15 miles biked today. It would have only been 6 miles total to and from the lake to see the Air Show practice, but there was a fire on the north side and I am super nosy. Sooo, I biked to the end of Lake Shore Drive just to see the fire. Then remembered I had to get back home. It was rough because I was exhausted, but I made it back home in one piece. Definitely will not make my 60 mile goal, but on the plus side, it's more than last month!!!0
