    Got ahead on the week by doing 21 miles on Sunday which came in handy because I got sick on Monday. I did manage 9 miles monday morning. Was still feeling a little under the weather today but got in another 11 which puts me right on track for Wednesday and my daily 20.

    Just updating! I started a lifting program AND now new job that has me out of my house by 6:30 a.m. so it is cutting into my mileage! I will still hit my goal of 250 but I do not know if I will go past it like I had on the other challenges!

    Good job to those that have reached their goals and are STILL movin it!!! To all those STILL pushing to hit their goals, we can do it... YES we can!!!!!!

    Ticker updated. Decided that whatever I finish off this month will be my miles to beat for next month (provided this keeps going and the organizers continue to allow everyone to participate). This will be tough since classes start soon and next month I'll only be that much busier. But, thats why it's a challenge right?

    Wow! Excellent ride today. Tackled a hill that just kicks my butt every time. I did it 7 minutes faster than my best time so far. Yay!

    4.20 for me today! Ticker updated. I'm still about 28.2 miles behind! Maybe if I run/walk twice a day I can make it to my goal. Whether I make it or not, at least I moved by *kitten*.

    Hills are NEVER fun unless you are heading down:wink: but I ride some on my route everytime! It would be awesome to just cruise on a 15 mile stretch of flat surface then turn around and come back!!! I know I would ride farther IF my rode was less hilly and our Montana hwys were a little wider (for bike use)!
    You are an awesome biker!! I was telling my husband that I should take a real bike riding lesson cuz I have always ran or speed walked for cardio until my back started messing up!!! Biking is sooooo much better on my knees and back!! You know getting old really sucks!!!:wink:

    checked dinos' chart just now and am soooo excited to see color on my name....happy happy happy to be on track to make my goal this month...great job to those that made and/or doubled their goals...gotta work harder next month to beat yourself...great job....
