    woooow congratulations jecjec28! this is so awesome :D

    i'm frustrated cause i gained a pound :( That means a total loss of 0lbs this month.............. -.-
    i hope its just waterweight or some kind of fluctuation.

    anyway i wont give up!!! :) this week will be better!

    I find my weight will go up and down for a week or two until is stabilises. I'm sure your loss is only temporary.

    Week 3 weigh-in...

    Start Date - 1 Aug 2011 - 59.4kg (130.95bs)
    1st Weigh-in - 8 Aug 2011 - 59kg (130.07lbs)
    2nd Weigh-in - 15 Aug 2011 - 58.8kg (129.63lbs)
    2nd Weigh-in - 22 Aug 2011 - 58.2kg (128.31lbs)

    Loss 0.6kg or 1.32lbs this week!

    Measurements-wise...2cm loss from waist/hips!

    Hey friends!

    HOw are y'all doing??
    I'm doing great these days, but i didnt dare to weigh myself again. I'm gonna do it on friday, promise!
    i ate very little and healthy so i expect a positive result :)
    i still have problems with working out .... i do scarcely anything to burn calories >< i've gotten so lazy.
    But I'm trying to change that. :)

    OMG i just went for a 40-min run ! :D yaayyy

    haha i know its nothing special... but for me it is, because it cost me quite an effort to do it :)
    i'm so happy i did it and i'm planing to do it again!
    dont wanna be the lazy one no more.

    Just gotta keep moving whether it's running, walking...sometimes when I'm feeling a bit tired I just browse the shops for a couple of hours even. Still counts as moving and get to check out what's on sale ;-)

    Only 5 more days! I don't think I gave you my start weight and I didn't want to post it but I'm down another 1.8 this week. I will have to check to see how close that puts me to 10!

    Been trying to cut back on carbs a little and drinking lots of H2O and it seems to be helping!

    Not 10 pounds but still very happy with the loss.

    1 Aug 2011 : 136.2 lbs
    31 Aug 2011: 133.7 lbs

    lost 2.5 lbs this month. its not that much but i'm fine with it :)

    looking forward to september!
