Jumping jacks with a large bust?

There is a type of jumping jack that is called "side to side" or side step. Instead of jumping up, you slide one leg out and raise your arms, then the next time, slide out the other leg. It gets you moving without the jostling. Second, touching your hands together above your head can cause rotator cuff issues, so, when starting out, just raise your arms up, not to the point of touching. You can hold them there a second and it will create muscle without risk. good luck! Look online for videos of these options or ask at a class.0

Here's a video from ANSWERS.COM that shows, about 20 seconds in, how to do the Side Step Jumping Jacks. She only does it briefly in the one minute video so you can replay it a few times. The website's server seems to be slow, so give it a minute to load. Good luck and my hat's off to you for keeping up and looking for answers. This is a great option too for us mothers who can't do any jumping after giving birth to bigger babies!
