Well...being from the CA wine country and having at least one glass of wine on the weekends sometimes every other night have to say..since my drink buddy (hubby) has had shoulder surgery..I haven't had much wine for a month and FINALLY lost that 5 lbs that kept finding me....starting to think that wine had A lot to do with me not being able to get past my plateau... I do miss my wine but will give it up for awhile...at least until hubby is off the pain killers:ohwell:

I love wine too and just found a new favorite! It's an inexpensive California wine from Sutter Home too! It's a white merlot!! OMG! I fell in love on Thanksgiving!
