    I also find that getting a man to buy a box of tampons alsways makes TOM feel better
    I am weird. I cannot stand to buy condoms. So I make hubby buy them. In return, I promise never, ever to make him buy feminine products for me.

    Exercise, exercise, exercise. For me that helps with the swelling, bloating, and cravings. I also have endometrosis, and ovarian cysts so I was told by my Dr. to stay away from caffeine, and black tea's. Since given that advice my cycles have been 100 times better.

    Water pills help with the bloating
    and dark chocolate really isnt going to kill you
    for cramps take a warm bath that will make you feel better any day of the month
