    i drank my water, was under calories, and completed both challenges today plus 2 extra miles towards my goal

    Did a total of 7 miles today, four on schedule, one extra for the challenge and two more towards my ten. I will sleep well tonight.

    Is under calorie goal mean under original calorie goal, or under the amount of calories allowed for the day?
    I am under the 1200, but earned over 500 exercise calories and really would like a glass of wine tonight (or 2? I'm on vacation!)

    I have 8 waters in, working on #9 (I didn't even count the huge water bottle I sucked down while in the gym this morning!)
    Swimmers rows in,
    AND just walked a mile outdoors in the drizzle, felt good!

    Bring on day 3!!!!
    (and please tell me its okay to have a glass of wine!!!

    Good Morning Everyone! I was under my calorie goal yesterday, completed the swimmer's presses and logged 4 more miles toward my pledge.

    Feeling much better today. I completed the swimmers press yesterday, only 1 mile completed better tomorrow. I need 12 for the week, I can do it, walk a mile at lunch, a couple of miles on the treadmill the rest of the week, I will make it.

    I was under calories and drank over on the water. :smile:

    Per an article from our local news station ... Banging your head against a wall burns 150 calories an hour ... I do this a lot at work. Guess I'd better figure out how to log the exercise!! LOL

    you all are doing fabulously!!!!! whose done their 50 crunches + 50 mountain climbers? I'm halfway there with both!! don't forget, if you havent already please post your fave recipe!!! OH and I've done 3/10 miles so far for T2W! hoping to do AT LEAST another 1 tonight!! WOO LETS GO!
