Today I did the 1 mile walk at home with Leslie Sansone but I have absolutely no idea how to list it in the exercise log on this site. Any help from anyone on here would be appreciated. My goal is to do 25 miles by August 31, 2011.0

On her dvd's I try to find out if she states how fast, some of the dvd's on the back or throughout the video she states if it is 4mph, 5mph, etc. Sometimes I just go by how many minutes it takes to complete a mile and use fitness calculators to determine it.0 -
Welcome to the new walkers! This challenge is a great way to get motivated to walk! I'm hoping to reach my goal for August and increase my goal for September.0

Did the 5 mile walk/jog video today (after doing 60 minutes on the elliptical.. so my legs are super sore right now)! I did not walk at all Saturday or Sunday, I've had this toothache all weekend, wasn't as bad today as those days so I made myself suffer through it and just workout anyway... sitting around wasn't making it go away.
August Goal: 60 miles

Miles to go: 390 -
Complete: 4 miles

Ok,it's been slow going but I've done 9 out of my goal of 40 miles. I won't hit the 40 miles because of my injury but I am going to do what I can! :ohwell: :happy:0

as long as you stick with it and complete as many as possible... you need to heal your body, so take it easy.0 -

I did the 2 mile walk/jog today... I will have to update my ticker tomorrow though because I am on a different computer and it won't let me go in to change it without recreating it.

Had a great walk today, 4miles, it was a great stress reliever for me!

I did 7 miles today! I did the 5 mile fat burner dvd & then the 2 mile intervals. Needed to catch up for not walking yesterday... Now I'm at the half way mark... 30 miles down, 30 miles to go! We can do this!
