    OK. Here are my goals. The family is headed to Gulf Shores, AL for Christmas, so this will be great motivation.

    Weigh in day- Mondays
    Starting Weight- 216
    Goal for Labor Day (9/6/11)- 210
    Goal for Halloween (10/31/11)- 203
    Goal for Thanksgiving (11/24/11)- 198
    Goal for Christmas (12/25/11)- 193
    Final Challenge Goal for New Years (1/1/12)- 190

    I'm not sure if this is realistic for me, but I am going to try hard to stick to these goals especially in Nov and Dec!

    Starting Weight- 173.3 lbs
    Goal for Labor Day (9/6/11)- 165 lbs
    Goal for Halloween (10/31/11)- 155 lbs
    Goal for Thanksgiving (11/24/11)- 150 lbs
    Goal for Christmas (12/25/11)- 147 lbs
    Final Challenge Goal for New Years (1/1/12)- 145 lbs

    I'm setting some pretty modest goals just because I know how much I love holiday food! I don't want to miss out on it, but this way I'll be sure to keep it in moderation :)

    Okay, I'm not really sure how to determine the goals... but this is what I came up with. I will weigh in this Thursday, so these goals are based on last weeks weigh in. So, don't know whether to keep it like this or redo this on Thursday?

    These are realistic goals for me. Since I am within 14 pounds of my goal weight, the weight has been coming off really slow. So I don't wont to put goals that I can't meet! Also this will put me at goal by the end of the year!! Good luck everyone!

  • I can't wait. We can all post before and after pictures for new years. I was just about to eat a cup of rice and gravy with my lunch but looking at this post, i broke it down to 1/2 a cup instead. :laugh:

    Yesterday my boyfriend wanted to go to this Chinese Buffet place that he loves, and I was like oh no! They have delicious food, but I just kept thinking about how it wouldn't help me here. I had a salad, some fruit and some sushi instead. I love chicken/beef broccoli, but didn't have any. lol.
