    COULD YOU TELL ME WHAT IS GOOD AND WHAT IS BAD FOOD? X

    Nothing if your goal is weight loss and improving body compositional goals. Trans fats aren't that good for you, but pretty much everything else in moderation is fine if it fits within your daily macro-nutrient/caloric/micro-nutrient needs.
