I keep hearing how awesome this workout is. Anyone else done/doing t? I figure 4 minutes cant be THAT bad...right?

    You have to use lowercase for img stuff.

    This workout looks cool. I'll start using it as a warmup, maybe it'll be more effective than jogging for 10 minutes before working out as I usually do. Thanks!

    change the IMG at the beginning and end of the url to lower case img

    img tags do work here.. you just have to change the IMG to lower case. =)

    This sounds like 4 minutes of Marine Corps Boot Camp at Parris Island. Only thing is, they do this workout in the sand pit for a lot longer than 4 minutes. LOL! I think I might like to try this one too!!! Thanks for posting :-)

    I believe these are super short intense workouts are called Tabata...???

    Look on youtube for more! I tried one once and felt like I was going to pass out. I'm stronger now, maybe I'll try again!

    I do this about 4 times a week but I do 2- 2 minute sets (without the rests in between). You will want to puke after your first time doing it, but after a while you'll learn to love it. Seriously, its one of my favorite workouts to do now.

  • OMG this is exactly what we do in my boot camp class except we run 3-5 laps in between and then start all over. We do it for 60 minutes.....Killer!!!

  • Thinking of giving this a try!! Don't know about it burning all those calories though, but we'll see. Be interesting to see what people with a HRM will get as their burn :)
