  • I posted one already (sorry) but I felt bummed because it was a mid point picture to now. I found the picture of my heaviest. Now this is beginning, middle, and almost end.

    Heaviest- 255lbs.
    Mid-point- 170lbs
    Now - 148lbs
    Goal 130lbs.

IT WAS VERY EASY FOR ME IN THE BEGINNING...NOW IT IS GETTING HARDER :/ JUST STICK WITH IT!!! IF YOU GET OFF TRACK IT IS SO HARD TO GET BACK ON. I STARTED OFF JUST WATCHING WHAT I ATE.NOT REALLY ALL DIET THINGS,JUST LESS THAN WHAT I WAS EATING AND LESS JUNK FOO.I DID THE JILLIAN MICHAEL 30 DAY SHRED WHICH WAS AMAZIN.I HAD FAMILY BACKING ME UP AND DOING THIS WITH ME SO THAT ALSO HELP.IF YOU HEART AND MIND IS IN IT,THEN YOU WILL DO JUST FINE :) GOOD LUCK TO YOU :)

Well, here's my before and after pic since I started in April. I feel great about my transformation, but unfortunately at 43 years old my body breaks a little easier than it used to. I have to have surgery on my knee this Friday and am hoping I don't regress while recovering.

    sidebyside_8_17_noface-1.jpg

Well done! Just keep counting those calories and do upper body exercise until your knee heals. :flowerforyou:
    Great and keep going.

That's just because you can now *SEE* my eyes. LOL (Yes, that was always the big joke .. I didn't have eyes)

No, it does feel great and you're right .. people don't believe it's me when I show them the picture or even better is when I see someone who hasn't seen me since I lost the weight. Priceless.

I'm not sure if I've added my before/after pics to this thread yet. But my transformation pics are in my signature below my ticker. And here is a comparison with what I weighed back in 1989 versus today. I'm a 43 year old wife and mother of 2 young children and I'm 5'2". My starting weight was 157.0 lbs back on January 1, 2010. I hit my goal of 122.0 lbs last week and weighed in at 121.0 lbs this week. Now I'm just trying to maintain my current weight. :) To learn more about how I did it, click on the link below my ticker called My Journey.
