If there are any spaces it won't work either, that includes folder names.

copy IMG code by clicking it (will show up on the bottom of the picture when you have your mouse over it)

right click onto MFP! then 'paste' the IMG code...

it will have two capital "IMG" ... (one at the beginning and one at the end of the code)

then, replace both "IMG" with lowercase letters... "img"

I also made a folder in my root folder named 'MFP'. Any pictures that go in it I size properly for this forum...and do not include any spaces in the name. Spaces screw up the link.

These are pictures of me with my best friend, over the last year. The first is me at 200ish, the second 180ish, and the last 160ish. I am just a pound short of being in a normal BMI range. I hope to make my new goal of 148 by Christmas this year.

sure!
my starting weight was 190-ish
the lowest weight has been 118
my current weight is 132. i gained weight from too much fast food and alcohol trying to get back to 118 again!
