The top photo is my before and afters from January to March of this year. I have had 3 c-sections...TWINS 2007, singleton 2008, singleton 2011. The bottom photo is my CURRENT photo. I started Insanity in April but I got lazy during Recovery Week. I'm currently doing my "first" run with Insanity and pushing super hard this time around. I hope this is helpful.
ONE MONTH INTO INSANITY...
WHOA! Congrats not only on your success but on having twins and then another baby a year apart! You are awesome! This makes me so happy... I had to have a C-section and also have a scar below it where I had kidney surgery and have that annoying pooch. I figured it would just always be there no matter what I did but damn there is hope after all! Thank you for that

You look great! I noticed you got great definition in your arms, how did you do it? I mean, how many times per week did you work them out? I have one arm a little bit more chubby than the other one, and I so want to make them even and defined, just like yours!Before: 250 pounds - After: 145 pounds.
Still working on shedding some more pounds to reach my long term goal of 125-130.

I just don't know how you did it. Amazing job. That is a great fear of mine , to have a lot of extra skin. I have to try to get rid of it with exercise. I can't afford surgery.0
