    Oh is this hard to do. I started at 170lbs, this morning the scale said 148.6. I've lost more than twenty pounds and have less than ten till my goal weight. In the pictures of me facing forward I am absolutely not sucking anything in:

    I see a HUGE difference and that's what I needed to see after not being able to complete my workout this morning. I'm truly amazed with the difference twenty pounds makes. I can't wait to lose this last ten.

    Here are my before and almost after pics. I have lost a little more weight since this last picture was taken but I am not going to do my final after pics until I hit my goal body fat %. These pics were taken 7 months apart.
