Hello everyone hope everyone is doing good today, Im feel pretty fabulous today. Keeping busy just thought I would leave a message to see how everyone was handling the challenge so far. I'm doing alright here...eating fewer calories is difficult or next to impossible for me. I'm actually struggling to eat more calories, but this week has been good so far in terms of finding the right balance!0

I think I was confused about the challenge...is it 100 lower than the previous week, or just 100 lower than what you're "allowed" (depending on your settings and calories burned that day)?0

If you are at least 100 calories lower than you daily allowance of calories. with or without exercise just minus 100 calories from your total hope that makes sense, Cheer0

I'm only "allowed" to eat 1200 calories daily, so I guess I'll have to start exercising =P0
