OPERATION: Skinny B*tch 2: Any takers?

I ran a 13 week challenge running from may through last friday. I lost a total of 12.4 lbs in that time frame :smile: I'd like to do another challenge similar... but maybe 4-8 weeks long? If anyone is interested in taking on the challenge- I'd LOVE to do it again!

Each week there would be a weigh in and discussion about what our goals are for the coming week. You can search for previous "OPERATION: Skinny B*tch" posts in the forums and take a look. I'd like to use a similar format for the next OPERATION. :happy:

    Here is an example, a post of mine from the previous challenge:

    Current Weight (6/17): 153.0
    Weight lost since last week: 2.4lbs
    Calories burned since last week: 1,628 (I didn't do so hot here)
    Nutrition goal met?? nope, been overeating a little bit
    How many miles did you travel this past week: 5-6

    NEW GOALS for the week of 6/17 through 6/24:
    Calorie burn goal: 10,000 (haha! I want to see how close I can get anyway)
    Weight loss goal: 4lbs..I want to break into the 140s!!! I have less than a month till my b-day (I want to be under 140 or very close)
    Nutrition goal: under 1200 total consumed for most days, more water, less sweets!



    I would post a new thread each week where everyone that joins would need to weigh-in and fill out this 'form' as a way to keep ourselves on track and be motivated by our peers. It's also a place to find that motivation when it seems to be lacking... a big support group with common goals!!

    Whoop thanks! I am totally down! ADD ME!!! (ps how do I track how far I have traveled if I am doing stationary elipitcal thats cheap and doesnt track it?lol)

    I'll be starting this Friday, August 19th. You may do whatever workouts you want, but I usually will share what I plan to do throughout the week!
