    Walk 15 miles
    Burn 3500 Calories
    Drink 60oz of water every work day

    WOOHOO let get this party started!

    Current weight: 174.8 lbs
    Age: 25
    Height: 5'4
    Waist: 35
    Hips: 42
    Butt:45
    Bicep: 14.5
    Quad: 26.5
    Calf:15.25
    Bust: forgot to measure! pretty sure it's 36 or 37
    Goal weight: If I can lose at least 2 pounds a week for the 10 weeks I'd be happy, that would take me to the low 150's! Or more:D
    Nutrition goal: stick to 1200 cal/day
    Exercise goal: cardio for 30 min for at least 5 days, core workout and push-ups. Also start to run more to get my knee back into shape!
