I dated a guy who hated explaining the rules to me. So I never liked watching it. When I found my husband, that was one of his most endearing qualities, that he didn't mind explaining stuff to me. Now I understand it a lot more and consequently, enjoy watching football. It's a win-win for our relationship. We look forward to fall every year, mostly because of football. It would be nice if all guys had this, as well. During last season's playoffs, some random guy came up to me at a sports bar, pretended to watch the game for a few minutes, then tried to explain pass interference to me. He wasn't even remotely correct. Dude picked the wrong woman to try to impress with his insufficient "knowledge."0 -
