9/2-40 minute ride
9/3- off day. Busy with the kickoff of Hawkeye football. Not to mention it rained all day and by the time I got home I was sick of being wet and didn't even want to think about going out riding.

Thurs, 9/1 - mountain bike ride, ~45 minutes
Friday, 9/2 - rest day (pre race)
Saturday, 9/3 - triathlon, 3 hours
Sunday, 9/4 - recovery day
Monday, 9/5 - recovery day (3rd rest day, so I missed the challenge goal)0 -

9/7--55 minutes between spin class and the ride there. It was 40 out this morning so a bit of a chilly ride...last week I was gripping about the heat and now it is 50 degrees cooler.
