Amazing site... awesome tool in the getting-fit process. Community aspect unexpectedly fun and, yes, addictive. I've met some wonderful people here and for that I'm grateful.
And we're glad to have met you too Jack. :flowerforyou:0 -
I'm an MFPoholic, too. Though, this week I got off my butt, spent only a fraction of my usual time on MFP, and by tomorrow's weigh in will have lost 4 pounds this week. That creates a dilemma: Addiction to a weight-loss site, or losing weight. Hmm. But I love my MFPals. Time to find a happy medium I guess.0

We don't intervene...we accept and enable. Quitting is NOT an option!0 -
I'm totally not an addict. Okay, I am.
...As I sit in my towel reading posts, when I should be getting ready for work.
I may be 5 minutes late. Yup, I'm addicted.0 -
Oh I am definitely an addict. I hardly ever even go to facebook anymore.....I' m usually on mfp's forums..or obsessing over my food diary...lol0

I was 6 minutes late. But I still made it to work. Does this make me a functioning mfpaholic or non-functioning.0 -
I tried to quit, but I came back I need your help!0

I tried Heroin to break my MFP habit, but it wasn't strong enough! :smokin:
Oh, what a shame. I was thinking this is the best way to break the MFP addition, but I guess not =/
I'm elsham. I'm not really addicted. I only check every other minute, not every minute.0 -

I would ask if you went to work in your towel. If yes, non-functioning.0 -
