    If the previous Sunday was included I would be much closer to reaching my goal. The previous Sunday I burned over 900 calories.

    Mon: 75 calories Strength Training 25 minutes
    Tues: 308 calories; 30 minutes Eliptical
    Wed: 312 calories, Ran 2 miles at 4.5mph, walked .25 miles. 33 minutes
    Thur: 590 calories, Ran 3.4 miles 54 minutes..
    Fri: Rest Day
    Sat: 676 calories; Jog 4.53 miles in 1hr & 11 mins
