  • I feel bad. :( I'm about to be screwing this up. I twisted my ankle (that I have broken before and have had surgery before) and it's swollen and messed up. I had done some stuff prior, but not a lot. Hopefully it heals soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Don't feel bad, we'll all do some extra miles and poses to make up for it. Hope you feel better soon :)

    I will try to do some extra for you too!!! You need to rest your ankle!!! Feel better!

    My progress so far:

    Monday: 3.51 miles with cardio push, 40 airplanes
    Tuesday: 5 miles with cardio push (I nearly died), 0 airplanes
    Wednesday: 0 miles (see Tuesday LOL), 40 airplanes
    Thursday: 6.1 miles with cardio push, 40 airplanes
    Friday: 4.1 miles with cardio push, 40 airplanes

    Total so far: 18.71 miles and 160 airplanes

    Only 6.29 miles left to go!!! Hopefully I can go over by at least a little bit to help out those that are hurt.

    Woohoo! I really didn't think I could get up to 25 miles :):)

    Also, the 5k Mud Run today was soooooo much fun. I was covered head to tow in mud! Just got back from a bike ride to the park. I was surprised I could do that after the race but I'm not nearly as sore or tired as I was after my trail run in April. Such a good feeling!

    Awesome job everyone! For my part, knocked out another 5 miles. Had to use the treadmill since Irene's raining on my parade. I set it to random and definitely got my cardio push it, 7.8% incline is tough!

    Weekly total 25 miles, 80 poses. I'll try to get some more in tomorrow before the challenge ends for the week.

    Did a 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds DVD today. And my legs are feeling it! I did weights along with it (used 5lbs in each hand) so I feel pretty good now. Gonna try and get in at least 3 more miles tomorrow and some more airplanes. Go Team Explosives! :explode:

    When I was a bartender one of the other girls wore a pedometer and figured out we walked between 3-4 miles (just back and forth behind our tiny bar) in one of the short shifts. I'm sure you walk WAY more than that.

  • Yesterday: Did 20 airplanes (sorry I didn't post, but my internet was in and out).
    Today: 2 miles on the treadmill, 5.4 on the bike (with cardio push) to try and make up for yesterday, 0 airplanes

    So, overall totals:
    19.7 / 25 miles
    100 / 40 airplanes
    CW: 274.3
    Friends: send some messages and friend requests out, but didn't keep track! do we need a specific number?
  • Hey guys!!! Here are my totals for the week:

    Running from zombies: 28.5/25miles <~~~I was surprised I actually finished + more I was very intimidated by the 25miles!
    5 cardio pushes.
    Peaking around for zombies(airplanes) 100/40
    I contacted 2 people <~~~~ kind of a sad number but I use the Internet mostly on my phone and the process of copy and pasting is a pain.

    hey team sorry for the lack of responses this week. i will be on day shift starting on the first and that will help me be much more active in the forum... my week totals:

    add 2 friends.

    my abs were really sore i worked them every other day which hindered my airplanes, they hurt!

    Just weighed in as part of my Monday morning ritual. Clocked in at 269.0. A full 4 pounds lighter than last time. I need to put in nearly 50 miles a week more often :D
