    i've managed 5 of each so far, my worst is the tree- turns out i have no balance!

    i've managed 8 of each so far, will do some more on my lunch break & when i get home :)
    These are tough, planks are my problem i don't have very strong wrists :(

    This week is not going to be my best because Yoga is not a favorite exercise of mine. These moves are DIFFICULT, especially the Tree Pose

    Sorry guys, I'm a failure. I'll try and do more of htese throughout the night but I find it so boring. also for some reason I'm experiencing a lot of weakness today, I was doing 20 second planks and shaking - literally tremors running up and down my body - and that is in no way pushing my limit on planking.

    my updates as of Thursday Morning. This is going to be hard to get done! It is just sooo much time!!! With only time to do a 45 minute work out - choosing this versus something else - every day has been tough!

    Haven't been able to do much exercising this week, I hurt my calf knee and groin last flag football game..getting really frustrating. Still working on some yoga tho
