    Height: 5'6
    Current weight: 168
BMI: 27.1 (smack in the middle of the "overweight" category)
Current size: ALL over the map. Anywhere from 10 to 14 (though pretty much all my 14s are baggy now, yay!)

I really just want to be solidly into the "regular" sizes, a solid 10 would be lovely!

    I'm 5' 9" and CW is 154 on a good day, and I wear a size 6. I would love to get to a 20% BF, I think I am about a 24% now.

and I wear 5 through 8 depending on the brand and whether its juniors or womens. . . my thighs and boobs tend to make me have to go UP on dress sizes where as my waist lets me have smaller sizes. ..

    177 lbs.
    BMI 25.5
    BF: 26.11%
Size: 10 and sometimes 12 pants, Small or occasionally Exra Small in shirts (unless it has buttons, then I'm probably a Medium)

I was 280 pounds, BMI 40.2, BF 55% when I started. I wore a 24W in pants and XXL shirts.

That being said, I personally think it's more important to focus on how healthy you are rather than what size you are in.
Wow, a lot has changed since August, when this was originally posted.
I'm now at around 22% body fat, weigh somewhere between 161-164 and wear mostly Size 6 pants, although there's still an occasional 8.
Also, apparently I only posted my MFP starting stats. I actually was 294 at my heaviest with 56% body fat.

I'm 5'6", weigh 123 pounds, and my BMI is 19.9.

At the start I weighed 180 pounds and wore a size 12-14 or large top and size 14 pants. Actually I was beginning to spill out of my 14 pants, which as one of my impetuses to lose weight. Now I wear a size 8-10 or medium top, sometimes a small, and usually size 4 pants.
i think it depends too on where you where your pants if that makes sense?? like if you button at your bb then they should be smaller than if you button and let em sag to your hips. my legs and hips also keep me from wearing a smaller size!

Smaller also if you have relatively small hips and thighs. I have a wedge shaped build with proportionately long, lean legs and a short, boxy torso with a shorter than average gap between my fairly narrow pelvis and not so narrow rib cage - so not much of a waist. Pants that are cut to fit at my natural waist tend to be WAY too roomy in the butt and thighs - positively tent like - if the waistband is large enough to not cut off circulation to my lower extremities. I do much better if they're cut to fit at my belly button or little lower. Fortunately, mid rise is dominant right now, so I don't have any difficulty finding pants that fit. That hasn't always been true.

    I'm 5'11"
I was 270lbs with a BMI of 37.7, I wore size XXL tops and 22/24 pant size.
Currently I'm 230.6lbs, BMI of 32.2 I wear a large top and an 18 pant size.
I'd like to be between 170 and 160lbs, have a BMI around 20-25, wear a medium or small top and be a size 10 pants.
Go to Bodygallery.com they have great reference photos there!!

I'm 5'2.5" and 134 and I wear a small on top, unless there's "dedicated boob space" which means I'll need a medium. I also wear a size 4 in pants. In all fairness, I like my stuff fitted and I have relatively small hips.
