    I wasn't able to get on and post last night. It looks like everyone had a wonderful day yesterday. Congrats.

    Yesterday...

    Nutrition done - 5 pts
    Exercise - forgot this one. Was going to find a zumba video online and then got busy and spaced it
    Cardio 60 minutes - 30 points

    Total - 35 points

    Already got the fitness challenge done for today, so that's out of the way. But we are heading to the ballpark today so staying under my calories may be a little challenge. I'll try my best.

    OK, so I just wanted to get your attention, ha, ha, ha. I was looking to see how we were matching up point wise to the other teams... I see that we are one of the teams missing the points for last week before a winner can be announced. However, it would take over 700 points for the one day -- so we didn't win. :wink:

    What I was looking at though is what it takes to win a week... and I know that the bonus is only 5 points or something, but for me it's just about setting a goal and achieving it! I want to just BLOW everyone else out of the water... take them from surprise... have everyone asking... what?!? Pink Panthers? Huh?!? Where did THEY come from?? :laugh:

    Looks like any time a team wins -- they are on average at a minimum of 200 points per day, with full 525 for the rest day. :noway: WOW! :noway: That's shocking for me! One team even had more days that were over 300 than anything else... 300?!? :noway: I don't know how that is even possible! I am still just sitting in shock... I looked to see what people were doing but didn't really see much. ANYWAY -- with that superhuman standard, I just feel a bit like I am happy if we just go up in our own points every week! Not that I am saying we can't win or that I don't want to win... Just saying that I am gonna be happy with a rise in our total! :blushing: Didn't realize the goal I was setting when I set it... LOL.

    Gotta get my mindset to focus on the day ... I like when I feel like I have a goal/purpose at the gym. Probably not gonna swim today, still trying to get in miles for the 100+ to Lose Challenge... Trying to finish the Appalachian Trail amongst 24 of us. We still have a couple hundred within the next few days... And, I am "training" for the Challenge I started for that group for September. We are having team competitions for doing IronWOMAN Triathalons over the month. Not in a day! We also each got to set an individual goal for our own triathalons and my crazy butt decided that I could do a FULL Triathalon (aka Ironman Level) in 30 days. Swim is 2.4 miles, Run is 26.2 miles... not too worried there. BUT - it is 114 miles biking and my fanny doesn't like it. :grumble: So I am trying to get used to doing 5-6 miles on the bike at a time... figure that if I make it 20 days to the gym (have some plans in September that will keep me away) I need to be doing at least 6 miles a day to ensure I get those done and in!

    Todays execise is not that difficult make sure to find time to do then...lets all 5 of us get them in today...that is an easy 50 points today for us, plus our nutrition and extra exercise.

    you all did great for saturday....i got my nutrition, dance, and 60 min of cardio for a total of 45 points...add in some points i missed for mommie the day before and our total for saturday is........dadadadada drumroll please...........345!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    :sick: :sick: :sick: Not feeling so good... so I may be looking towards the rest of you for a larger share of points today. I will definately get in the exercise challenge and hope to make the nutrition challenge... but I am not so sure I am gonna have much for cardio points today. We'll see though, I am trying!! I just feel a little dizzy and a temperature so I don't want to push myself too much. I am wondering if perhaps the naseau is related to needing more fluid - because it could be overheated and dehydrated. IF it turns out that I am feeling better than I will get in some minutes at least, even if not much for the total calorie burn. I haven't just walked the neighborhood for awhile now... but it's so hot. We'll see! Just hoping if you all know that I may be a little out of commission today, it will help get in some extra time of cardio to help a girl out! :blushing:

    Still feeling under the weather... lots of thoughts from others that maybe it's because I worked "too hard" yesterday -- but I don't really think that's what it is. If anything, I guess it could be that I sweated so much out that I really detoxed the body. THAT could be! :laugh: Like they say you get sick the day after a massage... I am glad that tomorrow is our "rest" day -- not so much about that I will rest, because I want to get back to the gym... but more that it will motivate me to drink a ton of water... well if not a ton, at least a few gallons! :wink: Anyway - I am surprisingly not too sore from all the work yesterday! Which makes me happy!

    Watched the VMA's tonight -- so took advantage and closed the curtains and danced! So, I am gonna count that for my Cardio! Wasn't a ton of dancing and there were some breaks... but dancing none the less! Even danced again as I downloaded some songs for my iPod so I have a new playlist for the gym tomorrow! :bigsmile:

    POINTS FOR SUNDAY:

    Under Calories -- YEP!!
    Exercises -- will be finished shortly, COUNT IT!!
    Cardio -- approximately 40 minutes, WOOT! WOOT!!

    So that means that I had 35 points today. :ohwell:

    I know that's OK for an amount... it's just that I really, really want us to wiin this week and it's gonna take more than 35 to get us over 200 points for today! I'm back to work tomorrow, but plan to get in at least my share of the water and get the points for the nutrition part! Then on Tuesday... oh, that's gonna be a busy, busy night but I will be getting in a good workout on Tuesday and Wednesday!

    Hard to believe but I didn't get quite as much water in today as I usually do. Only 16 cups, which is less than I usually do, but I got busy at work today. At least it's way more than my 10 and a little extra in case someone else was struggling today. I also was able to do the nutrition challenge. I hope everyone else had a great day today.

    Water... I think I am at 12 cups at least... Looks like we are good across the board on that one!

    On a side note, did 103 minutes of Cardio and 8.5 miles today. Burn was coming SLOW tonight! But I spent time on the bike and treadmill -- so that kept my heartrate down. That's good... but darned it! It's hard when you have to work harder and harder to burn the same numbers!

    I'm freezing today... not sure why but I am. Ready to head to bed and curl up under my blanket! May even add an afghan on top! Strange, strange, strange! It's not cold outside! But I have been cold all darn day. Maybe I am getting sick?!?

    LOL I hear ya about the potty...I got up 5 times last night to go....uggg what a messed up sleep I had. I need to learn to stop drinking by about 6pm. WTG on gettnig in 12 cups of water and under your fat. Sheri!! Woot Woot it is looking like we get our points in for rest/water day.
