    Cause I am still trying to learn the U-turn mentality....
    Mine is more of a.... LONG scenic route detour U-turn.

    When you make a nutritional mistake, think of the advice your GPS gives you when you miss a turn: "At the next available moment, make an authorized U-turn." Then get back on the right road.

    I have used this U-term analogy so many times since I saw you write it----EXCELLENT ANALOGY for so many things in life. Not just dieting, but I counsel young girls who are really walking a path to STD's , unplanned pregnancy, generally not a great path!! I get quite a few smiles at the use of 'U-turn'.
