    Alright, jrdoty... it's time to turn the tables! I'm in... MOTIVATE ME!!! Only problem, I can't get to this forum from my iphone app... will you also post it in your friend threads? Or at least let me know when you've posted a challenge?

    I'm currently in the August 10 lb challenge and as of this morning, I've lost 11 lbs! So I am totally up for doing it again. :)

    Could give me an idea of what some of the mini-challenges. I am new to this and somewhat sedentary. I just started a walking program but don't know if your mini-challenges will be too hard for me.

    I really want to try but I'm a little torn. Thanks.

    The mini-challenges aren't that hard...might be to exercise 30 minutes/day for 5-6 days of the week, stay under on sodium every day (which is actually pretty hard!), drink all your water for each day, things like that. Sometimes we might pair a fitness challenge with a nutritional challenge, because sometimes people tend to focus on one and not the other. They're all definitely doable, though, regardless of your current fitness level.
