I would really like to join. 40 lbs was my goal when I started about 2.5 weeks ago and I'm down 5 already... I could really use some encouragement and accountability to get to the gym0

I was just wondering if a new "update" topic could be posted each week for this challenge seeing as we are to weigh in on Mondays. Maybe that would be too much, I don't know. I just found it time consuming going through the posts to see if I posted my progress or not. Hmmm.....0

I decided not to do a thread each week, I think it will be a bit much and I hate to forget. You can go to your profile and go to your posts to find if you updated us or not. Anywhoo, this week was a good week. I am still having difficulty with going over on my sugar but I'm not beating myself up about it because it's mostly good sugar...LOL! I lost 2 pounds this week for a grand total of 7 lbs! I'm only 3 lbs away from meeting my 10lbs goal for September!! Let's start week 3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0

lost only 1 lbs this week, did NOT stay with in all my regulations and went over in calories once ;(. I'm on vacation so my only mission is not to gain over what i came here as. All together since starting this 2 1/2 lbs. Baby steps...but they are steps!0

I lost 2lbs this week, very pleased. I did my food diary everyday except sunday. I did no exercise but couldn't due to issues with my feet and was therefore advised not too, but hopefully will be able to from Wednesday.

Great job Ladies!! and yes nas24, steps are steps and they are in the right direction!!!! You should be proud of yourself!! I am so proud that I am eating better and feeling better! I am really enjoying the way I am feeling whether the scale is my friend or not. But I would like to continue to see her move in the right direction...LOL!0

No weight loss this week. Still 160 lbs. Worked out 6 days this week and went over 1 day.0

Click on tools and then on the tickers tab. THen click on " get the code for your ticker". right click on the box on the left and select copy. them go to the community tab and click signature. Paste the code and click save changes.0 -
I lost 1 pound this week. I was under calories every day. I went to the gym twice, and walked,cleaned, did yoga/crunches/weights in my apartment the other days. I'd really like to be losing 2 pounds a week but it's hard to get to the gym with my class schedule and not feeling safe walking alone at night, so I have to make do with what I can do in my own apartment on busy days.0

You're welcome, glad to be of help. I lost 3 pounds this week doing the usuall long walk to class, taking the stairs when possible and doing 2 sessions of yoga per day. And of course guzzling water like my life depends on it.0

Checking in -- but i'm really just starting this week. Had to face the music brought on by the last 3 weeks of slacking (which included a short vacation, etc): 7 lbs gained. Ugh. Good job everyone--see you next monday !0

Well, I'm down 2 pounds and 3.25 inches this week. I worked out every day this week. I'm worried though that I won't be able to keep this up. I spend on some days 2 or more hours working out.0

GM all! This week i am down 1.4lbs!!! That is great because towards the end of the week i was in kinda a funk. I worked out M-T (202 mins).

That's great kyunda!! Well this week was horrible for me! I didn't exercise a lick! I had so much going on with my fam and onnce again, I put myself last! I still did good on my eating! Well I felt bloated all weekend because aunt flo is on her way and lo and behold she comes sunday night! I woke up this morning so bloated that I didn't even want to see what the scale said out of fear that it would make me uspet. Right now, I'm in no position to be angry with the scale because all of my hard work will go down the drain. So I chose not to weigh this week!! On to week four!0

I could have been worse since I went over 4 days because of birthday eating and drinking. I had fun though!0 -
