I am really sorry for not posting more, my boss me working more hrs :mad: . I am not looking forward to telling him I will not do the hrs he has me on working this week & next. My husband & children are getting anoyed, I feel like I'm worthless as I mucked up when I filled the job application in wrong & did not put in the days I could not work. I have four children that don't want to talk to me. Grrrr to top it all I have been eating junk food for four days so tomorrows weight-in I expect weight gain. This is getting me down :explode:

I guess I can weigh-in, but I don't like it.
TOM arrived with a vengence last night, and with it a couple of extra pounds.

I managed to gain 4 pounds!
Next week will be better, and I'm already in for 8 cups of water.

I think my fluctuations may be based on my irregular water drinking. I need to make an effort this week to really hit 8 glasses, at least, a day.0 -
I will continue my weight loss journey, I will post on here, I just need a week to sort some stuff out then i can jump back on again. plus i am working Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. I'm feeling low @ the moment0
