This week goals - I'm really pushing myself!
1) burn 3,500 calories
2) run a 5K on the treadmill in less than 38 minutes
3) 2 x tennis work out with ball machine
Gridiron Girls goal: how about everyone tries one new exercise/class/sport this week?
Bears goals: hold Atlanta to less than 20 points
Reporting in on this weeks goals. I only burned 2,573, so 74% there, I DID run a 5K and it was in 36:04 minutes (yeah!!!!), and I worked out with the ball machine just once (50%). Group goal, I did the tennis ball machine, which was new (tennis no, but the ball machine yes). And my Bears goal, the SMOKED Atlanta and the defense was awesome!!!

weight goal 1.5 lbs (Get under 140)
exercise goal burn 300 calories on one treadmill run lasting 30 minutes. (this is hard for me. i just started jogging on the treadmill
try to get more sleep. I started teaching again and I have to be in school around 630.

O.k. So I hit my weight goal and exercise goal. I couldn't get to bed early. Too many papers to grade. Grad school is also kicking me in the butt.

Week Two Goals:
1) Lose 1.5LBS.: Complete fail! I don't know what my body is doing anymore!
2) Burn 6,000 calories: 90.7% burned 5,444
3) Stay in Calorie goal all week: 85.6% went over on monday
GridIron Girls Team Goal: 100% started my Chalean extreme workouts
Utes Goal: No more than 2 turnovers during the game.: 100% Only 1 turnover:) to bad they couldn't pull out the win!
Week 3 Goals:
1) Lose any amount of weight!
2) Stick to my exercise schedule...only 1 rest day
3) I'm going with my water intake again! At least 64oz. A day...been slacking.

hello everyone sorry i've been MIA not really good about posting on the weekends since i like to unplug.
update of last week's goals:
1) eat a serving of veggies and/or fruit with every meal 1 DAY 3/3; 4 DAYS OF 2/3; AND 2 DAYS OF 1/3
2) running outside 2x this week DIDN'T MAKE RUN OUTSIDE BUT I DID YARD WORK
3) 3 sets of push ups and crunches per day 5 OF 7 DAYS
lost 4lbs
goals for this week:
1) run outside 2x this week (i need to get used to running outside)
2) make more realistic goals- work out 5 days this week with 3 days of strength training
3) work exercise into my day at work
i ordered a HRM this weekend! excited0 -
Ok so I didn't loose weight but I didn't gain either.
Weight goal- My next weeks goal is to loose 1 lb.
Exercise goal- get up to 5.0 on treadmil. I did the 4.7. Woohoo for me!
Personal goal- try not to get so forgetful. I have left waterbottle in two different places and my lunch at home. Arg!
Football goal- Saints need to be injury free against Titans0
