good morning everyone, I hope you're having a good weekend so far. The weather here in the UK is gorgeous!

I skipped the gym on Friday as I had a full day at work and I have my mother-in-law visiting so I went this morning instead.

    Bench day:

    5 X 20kg
    5 X 22.5kg
    5 X 25kg
    5 X 27.5kg
    5 X 32.5kg
    AMRAP 35kg I did 10 (well, 2 sets of 5!)
    10 X 20kg
    10 X 20kg
    10 X 20kg
    10 X 20kg
    10 X 20kg

chinups 3 sets of 10 (assisted)
hanging leg raises 3 sets of 10
dumbell rows 5 sets of 10
bench jumps 5 sets of 10

Then I had to endure the torture of a bit of foam rolling.

Walked the dog in the sunshine and off to work this evening.

    good morning

    Yesterday was box-it-out.

    mix of:

    squats
    jump squats
    lunges
    jump lunges
    push ups
    burpees
    mountain climbers
and of course punching and wearing the pads

I'm off to the gym in a minute for Military press day. I have to take my daughter with me so it will be in and out, no accessories or post workout cardio. School holidays will be over soon and I can get back to a better routine.
