Happy weekend! No clients this morning so just working out! I was going to clean my solar panels, but I did them last night as dusk! Saved myself $300+ dollars in doing so.
Cardio: walking- 30 min (150 calories)
Strength: core- crunches, leg lifts
Assessment: Did good yesterday! Well under my calories.
