Cardio: 3.5 mile trail run. 42 minutes. It's amazing how hard a trail run feels compared to a flat run. Wiped me out.

For me, it has to be the opposite. Love strength training, but I'm working on being a long distance runner. Have to get my miles in! That said, having a light week is okay, as I start half-marathon training next week and I will be disciplined on that.0 -
