I am without a car so I walked 7.65 miles today. Pulling a grocery cart and going from bank to delareships. Its one way to get in shape. Everyone should give up thier cars:)0

Played basketball yesterday evening, which made the blisters worse. I'll stay away from running/hiking for a few days and ride the bicycle to keep up with you guys :bigsmile:
