    Hi Everyone,
    Happy Labor Day! I am back from camping at Golden Gate Canyon State Park in Co.. It was great weather high's around 68. Nice compared to the 90's we have been in the month of August.

    I have just read everyone's result and they are so good as well as motivating.

    I did do the elliptical 33 minutes on Friday. Walked Sat. 60 minutes, and Sun. 60 minutes. Monday my day off.

    Total: 250/1000.

    Saturday- 45 min spin and 35 min total body strength training class
    Sunday- rest day
    Monday- 80 min eliptical with resistance varying from 4 up to 16, 15 minute evening walk with my sister
    Tuesday-(itinerary) 35 minute run and 45 minute strength training/ cardio class

    I am excited about this group. I am planning on going to Zumba and toning classes after work. I haven't exercised for about a year just due to pure laziness. I am embarrassed to admit that. I sure need the support and accountability.
