    Let's see...

    Thursday: 24 minute run and 75:00 yoga class
    Friday: 45 min weightlifting and 15 minute walk on the treadmill
    Sunday: 33 minute run and 90:00 yoga class

    Brings me to 1026 for the month! A little behind average to make 2000 by the end of the month, but my runs will be getting longer so we'll see!

    40 minute walk in the evening.

    I have finally achieved 500 minutes which was my goal for 3 days ago/Thursday September 15th/the half way point for challenge.

    (agenda for 9-19)= 45 min. strength training with and w/out weights+45 min spin class. Will add this to my ticker after i complete it.

    O.K. I just finished cycling 29.8 miles in 146 minutes...Not a bad start!!



    90 saturday golf
    120 Sunday wash & wax car
    142 monday cyling 31.4 miles
    90 mondat playing golf

    so far I think that adds up to 588 minutes

    148 Wednesday(bike ride)
    Friday-62 minutes (bike Ride)

    917-minutes so far!!! woo hoo!!



    Tuesday 9/13/11-120 minutes-softball another 118 doing a 28.31 mile bike ride = 238 for today

    Thursday-9/15/11-2 hours golf plus 133 minutes bike ride
    253=1408 woo hoo!


    Sunday -9/18-145 bike ride

    Monday-9/19-93 Bike ride
