    Total 865/1000
  • just my daily steps (which are increasing) ... 8104 steps = 195 minutes

    total now at 1434mins/5000

    plus 10 minutes yoga and 20 minutes on the airwalker
    23/9 - 10 minutes airwalker and 6542 steps > 157 mins = 167 mins for day (technically my rest day)

    Total so far = 1631 minutes/5000

    Guess I'm not going to make it :( but I will keep trying

    awwww man, how did i miss this challenge! I just surpassed my goal of 80 miles this month, would have loved to see if i had hit 1000 minutes doing it!

    This takes me to a total of 775 mis!

    Im not going to be able to reach 1000 mins but i am really happy with the amount i have done!

    Burned 292 calories doing 81 minutes of "Walking Using My GARMIN Forerunner 305 (avg. speed 4.1 kph)".

    Actually walked A LOT longer than that as we were at the zoo for 6 and a half hours but I only kept track of our walking time when we walked at a decent speed or for a long period of time.
