O.K. I just finished cycling 29.8 miles in 146 minutes...Not a bad start!!

9/4 - interval work, (run/walk) on hills, yoga = 115 mins
9/6 - yoga, interval running (hills) = 75 min.

not as easy as I thought .... 9 days til end of month and I still need loads (at least 417 minutes per day). Better shake my @ss0 -
