Saturday September 10th: I did the same walk today as I did on Sun. Sept. 4th, which was 6 days ago, to see if I could improve my endurance, push myself, achieve a faster speed, & walk the same circuit in less time. Last time it took my hubby and I one hour with an average speed of 5.5 kph (3.42 mph) & this time it took us 55 minutes and 59 seconds & we walked an average speed of 6.0 kph (3.7 mph). So, I beat my record which means I increased my endurance. I beat my time by 4 minutes and 1 second and I increased my average speed by 0.5 kph!!!!!0 -
