Finally!!! A week without no loss or 1 lb loss. Difference this week? I upped the water intake. I'm convinced it makes all the difference in the world for my body. Have a great week Mommies.

Good morning ladies.. Have a small piece of good news.. I spent my first night in my new apartment on Saturday.. and while there still is a lot of work to be done, we should be fully moved in by next week!! I am so happy!
On the other side of the coin, I didnt lose much weight this week.. and even though I wish I did, I am not upset... at least I didnt put on!

Given what this week was like I'm happy I lost and 0.9lb is great. I still want to be under 140 by next weekend, but that may not happen. But I should at least be able to get to 140.x.
On a cool note, on Friday I discovered I now fit nicely into size 4 petite pants. They wouldn't fit if they went in at the waist, but since most pants sit at the waist now it's the hips that matter. Part of me thinks it's crazy-I'm still obviously fat, but part of me is deliriously happy.To go from a size 10/12 to a 4 in 5 months is a great achievement, I think.

Lisafred- I completely agree on the water intake. Makes a huge difference with me as well when i up the water!
Had a few NSV over the weekend. Went to one store, tried on a size 6 and a size 7 jeans.... Both were too big! Then went to American Eagle, all my jeans from there are 8s, tried on 3 pairs of size 6 and they all fit loosely. Then at JCPennys tried on a pair of size 4 Levi's, and those fit! Im finally getting to use all the gift cards I got last xmas! Only ended up buying 1 pair of 6s from A&E because they were a litttle loose and didnt want to waste all my giftcards to have a bunch of 6s that are too big in a couple months. Happy Monday Mummies lets make this week great! I dont know what it is about this challenge, maybe its summer and al its distractions being gone, but we are all really hitting it hard. I also think it may be the small goal of 8lbs... or how short the challenge is? Not sure but its working! woooohoooo!!!

Edit- My other NSVs this week, finished another round of the shred with out missing a single day, and Im weigh less then when I got pregnant!!!!! (and that is with giant boobs from nursing still :bigsmile: )0 -

ladies. you rock! you're doing amazing! I had a terrible food logging and eating weekend!!! I'm not even stepping on the scale. I am using my Saturday weigh in for today (148.8)... I know it's cheating but I didn't have enough water yesterday and plenty of bacardi n coke.. so I know that I have a lot of water weight.. must drink at least 100 oz of water today... as a matter of fact, I will weigh in tomorrow after drinking lots of water and having a healthy eating day... ahhhhhhh... SCALE.ME.NOT.LIKE.YOU!!!!0

Such amazing losses ladies great job!! Latoya you are still under 150, that is awesome!! Kristyn, great loss with the shred and with the huge boobs from still nursing!!! I swear that is my hang up. My son, will be a year in a month and I think I am going to wean then. I am curious if I drop then.
I unfortunately went up151.7, up .6 from last week.
I need to get on top of my food for real now. I feel like I finally have the working out down, but am still not eating as good as I should.

I actually was down to my original goal weight of 135 lbs on Saturday, but I was very naughty with my free meals this weekend:blushing: I got to do some clothes shopping this weekend too & it still amazes me that I can fit into size small shirts/dresses nowI am actually sad about the possibility of my son weaning soon(Kristyn & Becca), b/c I love being able to eat the extra calories
Hopefully, he'll be like my first son, and wean himself at 14 months so mommy can enjoy the extra food a lil bit longer.
Everyone is doing wonderful. Remember how far we've all come when you're being soo hard on yourself. We have ALL made significant progress in changing to an overall healthier lifestyle & we should be proud of our accomplishments. Have a wonderful week all!:flowerforyou:0
