    Did week 2 day 6 today. Pygmy plus tricep kickbacks again.

    :sick: Still puny - but I did it!
  • Friday- Pygymy done (walked 1.5 miles)/ water- 8 glasses/ over calories--Ugh!!!
    Saturday- Bushmen done/ water - 8 glasses/ under calories-- yes!!!
    Sunday- Rested (much needed rest)!!!

    Here's all my progress from the week
    Week two
    Day one: Pygmy done, over on water, under on calories
    Day two: Bushman Done, over on water under on calories +5k
    Day three: bushman done, over on water under on calories
    Day four: pygmy done, over on water and over on calories :( +1mile
    Day five: pygmy done, over on water under on calories
    Day six: pygmy done, over on water and over on calories :(
    Day seven: rested, and my calories were through the roof! oops!

    One pound lost, current weight 140

    I do great at the week when my hubby is at work, I just need to figure out how to do better on weekends when he is asking me to make fried chicken and mashed potatos
