    Personal goals - I have managed 3 works out this week need to try to do 4 next week. I went shopping for new clothes on Saturday but came home with nothing as I seem to be inbetween sizes at the moment.

    How you are doing on your personal goal- Not so great. I follow this pattern of as soon as I show some type of progress I revert back to my old ways thinking the food cant affect me. Also I have slacked majorly on my exercising due to crazy shifts at work but I refuse to let a different schedule hold me back! I am off to steal, I mean politely borrow, my dads gym pass and kick my own butt in the gym for the next months!! :)... I am buckling down this week & will show a loss next week! I promise!!!

    How you are doing on your personal goal: Really well! I've exercised at least once every day and my eating has been steller! (Aside from a 2 day pickle binge that bloated me up like a balloon from all that salt. XD)

    Keep up the great work everyone, and don't worry about those small gains due to TOM or bad weekends! We all need to look at the long-term here. :-)

    How you are doing on your personal goal: This morning was my weigh-in. No loss this week... TOM is around so I'm blaming him :) I have been doing great with my water intake and especially working out. I started going back to the gym at work this week, and will continue to go if not every workday then at least 4 work days. I also bought ZUMBA for the Wii!! Did that after taking my first two classes at my work's gym. I :heart: it, even though I lack some Latin coordination. :wink:

    Personal Goal = To drink 8 glasses of water daily. This week it did not happen, but I am at least 6 glasses a day. Still struggling here :(

    Only 2 weeks left gotta get down 3 lbs!!!

    Personal challenge: I am getting better at tracking my water and increasing but still havent had a full week of drinking 8 glasses a day. Still going slow..but getting WAY WAY Better.. Keep up the good work everyone!!!
