    Final check in 150.5 - so close but not quite! 150 is my ultimate goal so now looking to maintain!

    I don't want to lose the group _ I want to know how you all get on but don't think I should be part of the challenges. So I will definitely look in on you all.

    Checking in at 170.6, same as last week. Got really close to my goal weight but seem to have lost steam the last few days since I was sick. Hoping to get back on track for the next challenge!

    For my NSV's, I can do 7 regular pushups in a row (didn't make it to 10), and fit nicely into several different pairs of size 8 jeans/pants (I was aiming for 10's).

    Wk #11: No Change

    SO bummed for 11 weeks and only 1lb change. I'm glad I've gotten back into running but need to work hard at getting into other exercises as well. These 11 weeks have definitely proven to me that I need a high level of a calorie burn to lose weight.

    Looking forward to our upcoming group format. This group is awesome and I love the support we give each other.

    Ailene, I'm right there with you! Up & down, up & down...and I've ended up pretty much where I started this challenge, I think 1 lb down for myself, also.
    I was 194 at the doctor's office yesterday, so that's what I'll go with for the final weigh in...

    BUT, I will not give up!!! Because even if I gained a little back, I'm still 20lbs lighter than I was this time last year :bigsmile:

    Met my goal weight :)
    Lost 5 pounds during the challenge
    Finally in the 130s :)
    Been in the 150s and 140s for many, many years!

    Well, no matter what I do the scale reads TWO pounds up from my starting weight in about the middle of this challenge!! :mad: 212.0 today. I am very thankful for the NSVs! Loss overall- 4 inches in the last two months!!! If I couldnt see that change I would totally give up! See you all on the other side!:smile:

    I lost the thread last night (forgot to look for the link at the bottom :embarassed: , but I'm glad I found it tonight. Last wweigh-in is 174. I didn't meet my goal, but it'closer than the last time I look forward to joining everyone for the next one. Happy Thanksgiving to all. :drinker:

    Sorry I've been crazy busy with work. My work schedule has doubled lately and barely have time to log on. On a positive side I did meet my goal which was 138.....I am now 137.6! Happy dance:):)
