Hands down any movie made by Rob Zombie. House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil's Rejects, and the remakes of Halloween and Halloween 2.

    G R E A T movies :) Rob is a star

And a few more of my faves: All of the Hannibal Lecter movies (Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, Red Dragon and Hannibal Rising), Paranormal Activity 1 & 2, Let Me In, Priest, The Rite, The Exorcism of Emily Rose

Event Horizon (Not often thought of but straight creepy)
FireStarter, Carrie or The Shining (classing King, 80s, original)
Cabin Fever (incredibly cheesy and gory)
Critters, Prom Night (can you tell i like the old stuff?) :)

    What about some old classics:

    Pyscho
What ever happened to Baby Jane?
    The Pit and the Pendulum
    The Birds
    Duel
    Rosemary's Baby

They might seem a bit tame by todays standards but still very watchable.

You're the third person who's mentioned Event Horizon, now (including my brother). That one is definitely on the list.

Event Horizon - my roommate and I remember being freaked, like totally freaked by this when we saw it in the theater. I actually worked in a theater when it was released and all of us who worked there thought it was really disturbing. Watched it again recently - eh, not so freaky anymore. Might be something about the theater experience, it was weird.
