add *one* everyday - squats, sit-ups, push-ups, lunges, burp

join me for a 60 day challenge (now until a november 5th)!

are you new to exercising? have you wanted to join a challenge doing squats, sit-ups, push-ups, lunges or burpees, but felt it was too advanced? are you wanting to increase the number you can do without pushing yourself too hard, too fast?

let's do it together (you can do one, two, three, four or all five). each day you add one to your squats, sit-ups, push-ups, lunges or burpees. on day one, you do one; day two, you do two; one day three, you do three, etc; ...on day sixty, you will do sixty. come back and report in daily.

    I've just googled burpees - don't think I'll ever be doing 60 of those!!!

    I do believe the burpees are going to be tough come day 60!
