    day thirty-seven: done (sunday)

    i was feeling a little bit discouraged this morning as the push-up were hard for me and i figured out that from the start of this challenge i have done 820 squats, sit-ups and push-ups. i am impressed with that. at the end of the challenge, i will have completed 1830.

    my arms are so sore after shoveling 50 minutes yesterday. i did as many push-ups as i could. might skip tomorrow and come back strong on saturday.
