I have a question about calories....I use my HRM so the calories are very accurate...if I used MFP it would say I burned about 200 more calories a workout then what I have burned. which is what I am assuming most of you are doing. so calories will be really skewed. would it be better to do minutes worked out instead? that can't be skewed. otherwise I can just enter my calories as what MFP would say instead of my HRM......0

Who's out there exercising for the Blue Team?
Yesterday, I did the elliptical, then a spinning class, today more elliptical, tomrorrow hot yoga and kickboxing!

This week has been a toughy for me. I haven't had much time to get workout's in but i'm going to try my best the next few days and hopefully do much better next week. I apologize for not doing so well this week.0 -

Today was nutty, and I didn't get a workout in, but I haven't taken a rest day in awhile - so tomorrow should be better! I went to work over an hour early, worked thru lunch - straight from work to pick up kids, sons baseball game, school meeting - then help with homework/laundry/pack lunches, etc... once 9:45 came, I was out of oomph.
eeek - excuses I know, promise to do better tomorrow! Eating was pretty good though.0 -

Green team rules!!!!! I've gotten about 500 calories a day but today I will apologize to my team but I had to get blood work done and I do not do good with needles and I feel really sick after words; also doesn't help that I told the lady nobody can get blood out of my arm they have to draw it from my hand, but no she's amazing and was going to be able to get it out of my arm and went fishing around in my arm needless to say didn't work but I now have a bruised arm. So I didn't do any today but I will make up for it tomorrow!!0

I've gotten my exercise in every day so far but not as many calories burned as some of you. Gonna have to kick it up a notch! But.....I was down 3 pounds this morning!! So excited! This is really working.

Hoping I can talk hubby into a "date" at the YMCA while the kiddos hit child watch so I can get more calories burned! Also, fingers crossed for good weather so I can get out for a lunchtime walk!

Amy - I belong to the Y as well. Do you love it? For me it's an awesome motivation to work out because I get an hour of quiet (I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old - both boys - sometimes life is really loud)
I haven't made it to they gym in two days bc I've been super sick. I also ate mac & cheese (eek). I'm starting to feel a little better today, so hopefully I'll be back to it tomorrow. There's a 9:30 Zumba class calling my name

I did so well on my 1st week but...then I had pizza for dinner. <sigh> At least I only had 2 slices and I did enjoy it .
Tomorrow I will get back on my low carb diet.
