Here are the ideas that I had:
EXERCISES:
1. Woodchops. These can be done with a handweight as well.

2. Squatjacks. Here are two diffent ways of doing them.

3. Jumprope. This can be done with or without an actual rope. Burns as many calories as if you were jogging.
4. Miles challenge. How many miles can we get in throughout the week? Walk, Run, Bike, Elliptical
Anything that you can record in miles.
5. Boxing! Punch Combos - jab, cross, hook, uppercut

NUTRITION:
1. Eat more servings of fruits and vegetables. Example, we could aim for 30 servings and just count how many we have. I think we're supposed to have 3-5 servings of EACH per day. Not sure though.
2. Drink more water. My favorite! This is always good for you.

I think we should do the boxing - punch combos! You burn alot of calories & this WILL help us to lose weight! Let's all aim for 100 punch combos for the week. The more the merrier! Let's get going!

For next challenge, I pick counting non starch vege serving.
Serving size: 1 cup for raw vegetable or 1/2 cup for cooked veg.0 -

i guess I am not big on an exercise challenge because I am doing a fairly specific exercise right now and I don't want to add something on top of it that could possibly throw me out of whack...but amm all for the number of fruits and veggies we eat in a week...
I hope this is figured out soon though since it counts today...0 -

Hey green team, sorry I didn't log in for last week. I had way too much stuff going on to track my food (excuses, I know), but I am down a couple of pounds I'm back in it now! What are we tracking for this week? I love the exercise challanges, exercise makes me feel so good0

to me it sounds like people would prefer a nutrition challenge. i'm kinda in that boat too because i play on my schools varsity tennis team and after practice and games im just too exhausted to do anything more really. so, i love the idea of counting fruits and veggie servings. so that will be our challenge for the week! (unless anyone has any objections)
as for the people that havent been regularly checking in, next week, and i hate to do this, but i'm going to put down my foot and delete people from the list who havent checked in in two weeks. i'm really sorry if this is being too harsh, but its so much harder to do all the calculations with the blanks

after my amazing weight loss last week TOM is here this week...I will be lucky if I maintain hehe but I know it will go down soon so all is good. Best of luck to all of you tomorrow!0

Hi All! I will weigh in tomorrow, b/c I have been Yo-Yo-ing all week. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to track this week's challenge! I had a crazy busy week (plus stressful) and wasn't able to track consistently, and my weight has been swinging back & forth by 2.5#'s. We'll see what the morning tells!
Hope you all have a great day. Next week doesn't look as nutty, so I should be better about getting the challenge in!

are you going to do it percentages to each person's weight? because a person weighing 180 should be eating much less fat then a person weighing 300.0 -
Is it OK if I don't send in my result for the next challenge? I'm doing atkins so I eat at least 50% of fat so it won't fair to my team to have me on this challenge.0

sarahkova, i didnt think of that, thank you sooo much for suggesting that to me. in response, can people please send me what mfp says their fat consumption is supposed to be at the same time?
now about that charts. as you can see, i've deleted quite a few people this week. these are people that have consistently not checked in, making it much harder for me to do the charts. i'm really sorry if im being rude to people here, but i think its time i put down my foot. there are a few people who had not checked in for weeks, but sent me their weights this week. you guys will be given one more week, if you send me your weights next week, your in still, if not, i'm sorry but i'm going to delete you from the list. bekkadillion, since you are the last person on the purple team, if you send me your weight next week, il switch you to another team. if not, since you didnt this week, i'm going to remove you from the list. the people i have removed are: avacopper11, prettypooks, raven413, t_rog, julieash, kaybay1994, km323, amanda72. if i'm wrong by deleting any of these people, please let me know and il re-add them. i'm really sorry to do this to the people being deleted.
